Ordering
TrueScore has two online stores.

1. TrueScore.com: Carries all special bundles, clearance items, and seasonal sales.

2. All other normally stocking items can be bought through a distributor. To find a distributor, reference the map <link>.

 

Special Orders/Customization

• Daedo Special Orders for non-stocking items or customized embroidery/silk-screening can be quoted through a sales representative at TrueScore –sales@truescore.com. Lead times for Special Orders will vary depending on the product.

 

Shipping

• Orders made on TrueScore.com and through the TrueScoreHQ in California are shipped according to the following schedule:

• Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific time.

• All orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific time will be processed the same day.

• All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning with exception of holiday Mondays.

• All shipments depart our San Jose, California warehouse at the end of each business day.

Returns/Exchanges

• Truescore permits exchange of products for size adjustment for the same item. Items for exchange must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date, must be in the original packaging, and must be unused.
